Steamed chicken breast and brocoli.
Carrots and beetroot… served in a fun way

To avoid the chicken breast to be too dry I marinate it during around 10 minutes in olive oil and some herbs. Sometimes put lemon or some curry or ginger… this is really up to you. Then I put them in the steamer for 12 to 15 minutes just until you cannot see the raw chicken in the middle.

For the rest, check the picture and cut the veggies to form the car, the road and some trees behind the car, and that’s it…
