Frosty the Snowman

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas and fruits are good to give us vitamins during the winter…

  1. Dragon Fruit
  2. Coconut powder
  3. Kiwi
  4. Banana
  5. Berries
  6. Plum skin
  7. Mandarin
  8. Cutters : round and small star
  • Cut two slices of dragon fruit in one big and one small circle
  • Prepare more dragon sticks to make the bottom snow
  • Start placing all on your plate
  • Take off the kiwi skin and use it to make the bottom of the tree
  • Cut the kiwi in triangles (avoid using the middle of the fruit, you can eat it a part)
  • Take some raspberries and place them on the Christmas tree
  • Cut the plum skin to make the eyes and mouth and a small piece of mandarin to make the nose
  • Make strawberry slices and start to make the scarf, leave an empty space between each slice
  • You can add some coconut powder at the bottom and over the tree to get the snow effect
  • At the very end cut the banana in small slices and on star-shape so you can finish the scarf and the Christmas tree.I made hibiscus juice because of it’s good flavor, healthy properties and beautiful red color, perfect for Christmas !
